 Verified Fantastic safari with African Mangu Safaris We had a fantastic trip with Firoz in Tarangire, Ndutu, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Arusha NP. He is an excellent and very experienced guide and driver and knows a lot about animal behavior. Thanks to this knowledge we saw a lot of beautiful animals in action (mating rhinos in Ngorongoro, cats and their prey,...) He is also a good photographer and knows where he has to put the vehicle to have the best photos. Our trip was very well organized by him and his wife and we hope to be back one day for another trip with him in Tanzania.

 Verified We can only encourage people to experience safaris with African Mangu Diana and I where taken to the north Serengeti by Firoz to see the great migration river crossing, Ngorongoro crater and Tarangire national park. This was an unbelievable trip full of moments that you usably only see on National Geographics, we managed to photograph and film some epic scenery's thanks to Firoz's wildlife and photographic knowledge. Firoz placed the vehicle on the right spots to get the best shot's in the good morning and evenings sun light, we spent time observing this wonderfully nature, he commented the animal behavior's so we got a good understanding of the what, how and why.

 Verified Once in a lifetime trip, but dreaming of how to visit again! We did an Eastern Africa trip for 22 days. Our time in Tanzania was amazing! A HUGE part of that was thanks to Firoz and Nala at African Mangu Safaris. From pick-up to drop-off, they treated my family like an extension of theirs. African Mangu arranged our Kili climbing team--all skilled and very professional. We range 12-53 years and the guides/porters kept us pressing onward through the difficulties (usually with laughter). It was so nice to be welcomed to camp by song and hot tea/coffee. Each morning, porters would break down camp, sprint to next stop, set up, and then backtrack to offer assistance with our backpacks. One morning, I was struggling with altitude and our waiter quietly stepped over and tied my shoes. Most importantly and consistently, our safety was the team's top priority. After descent, Firoz and Nala connected us to laundry services and accompanied us when shopping for necessities and touristy stuff. You'd be hard pressed to find better hosts than Firoz and Nala. They have a wealth of information about Arusha, Moshi, Kili, and particularly the Serengeti. I waited to write this review, so the excitement could settle and I would give a realistic account. Bottom line: I would visit Tanzania again IF I could safari with African Mangu Safaris. Asante Sana!

 Verified You Absolutely Must Book with African Mangu Safaris! My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with a safari and we are so glad we did it with African Mangu Safari. Our tour guide, Firoz, was so knowledgeable! While there were no guarantees as to what animals we would see, we saw every animal we hoped to because Firoz has an eagle eye AND he understands animal behavior. We are so pleased with our safari experience and we highly recommend African Mangu Safari!

 Verified Great Safari in the Ndutu area Thanks to African Mangu Safaris and especially Firoz for our absolutely incredible safari experience. We had a great time in the Ndutu area in March this year. Because of the years of experience of Firoz in the safari business and his patience we had really amazing sightings, for example a brilliant photo shooting with a young caracal or even two hunting scenes of cheetah. Firoz also can anticipate the behaviour of the animals and knows when they climb up a tree or start to hunt. Aside from that he knows very well how to position the vehicle to have the best angle and light for photos. We - as I would say hobby photographer - got some excellent tips to improve our photographic skills. The vehicle was also great. Everything was clean despite of a dusty beginning and a muddy end of the tour. You can pop up the roof. So you have a 360° view and you can overlook the Plains of the Ndutu area. Cold drinks and snacks during our game drives were included. Further we were very lucky with our accommodations in Arusha and in the Ndutu area. Every accomodation was very clean, comfortable and with excellent food. so we slept well and were well prepared for the daily early departure from the camp. But the best of all was the person Firoz himself. We enjoyed the interesting conversations and learned a lot about the country and nature. Back at home we miss our daily dinner together, talking about life in Tanzania or Germany, the ongoing conservation programs or former safari experiences. We will never forget this safari and we will definitely come back as soon as possible. And one thing is certain: We will visit Tanzania again only with African Mangu Safaris. Annemarie & Sven

 Verified Amazing Safari Guide - Professional Company. A truly incredible safari experience!! Firoz has a deep knowledge and experience, plus an uncanny ‘sixth sense’ about where the wildlife will be. Time and time again he managed to position us in the right place at the right time, always considering the best photographic angles and light - always ahead of all other vehicles, or often totally alone. We enjoyed extra special encounters with mating lions, hunting cheetahs, leopards, wildebeest crossings and so on - but Firoz’s patience, anticipation and understanding of wildlife behaviour made it all so much better. Plus a great vehicle, personal touches and well-chosen lodges. The best bar none!!

 Verified Safari Experience I highly recommend African Mung Safaris. Me and my family went with them to Ngorongoro and had the best trip ever. Ally Kassim was a very experienced driver who was very knowledgeable about animals. The service at African Mangu Safaris was excellent.  Verified Amazing Experience of Tanzania with Mangu Safaris - Highly Recommended We did our 13th wildelife visit to Africa with Firoz and the team, it was our first to Tanzania. It wasa truly amazing experiance and we'd recommend Tanzania for anyone who loves wildlife. As for Firoz, other than being a thorough gentleman, he is a supremely talented guide, especially for photography. He looked after us supremely, positooned tbe jeep supremely, gave us the best advice and planned the activities out based on our needs and preferences. He is now our own friend and we'll be sending our other friends to him who want to visit Tanzania! My wife who is an award winning photographer, thinks he is one of the very best guides in all of Africa. We'll be back in the next few years for more adventures with him.
